This hotel is set amongst lovely tropical gardens, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are equipped with a protected balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms have good cooking facilities, including a nearly full kitchen. Additionally, the breakfast included was a great bonus, providing a convenient start to the day.

I recently had a delightful stay at a hotel in Port Douglas. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the main restaurant area and within walking distance of shops, the beach, and the marina. The hotel itself was surrounded by lush tropical gardens, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. My room had an almost full kitchen with good cooking facilities, allowing me to prepare my meals at my convenience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the attention to detail, with the room being immaculately clean and cozy, complete with sliding wooden doors that added an extra touch of charm. The staff were super-friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to assist. it was a great value for money experience.

Good service Close to Town Centre Comfortable old style accommadation

Staying at this resort was the best choice for our family with two small kids. The location was perfect just off the main street and within walking distance to all the restaurants and attractions in town. We loved that we could easily explore without needing any transportation. The manager was so attentive to our needs and eager to ensure our stay in the city was amazing. The apartment provided all the facilities we could share as a family and the poolside BBQ area was an added bonus.

The lack of dedicated reading light in the room which made it hard to read as the room was dark, but it was manageable.

We appreciated the very helpful service from the manager. The room was not modern but still very comfortable. The kitchenette was quite adequate and I appreciated the availability of a free laundry. The apartment was in easy walking distance of the shops, restaurants and other attractions, and a short drive to the beach. We would stay there again.

The bathroom/toilet could have been a bit more private.

The rooms are spacious and include a lounge area, sofa, kitchenette, and a nice balcony overlooking the lovely tropical gardens. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Plus, the breakfast included is a nice bonus.

Management: Jakob was outastanding in friendliness and advice about tour etc. options. The location was ideal: central to everything we wanted to see and do, without the crowds - and it's only just off the main street.

The staff were excellent, accommodating to peoples needs, helpful and courteous.

There were a few cobwebs but everything else clean, tidy and had plenty of service items.

Great location close to everything in town which eliminated the need for transportation. The hotel facilities were excellent and we enjoyed spending time at the pool surrounded by gorgeous palm trees. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendly staff.
